Initiate Your Request
Log in to your account and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the unworn apparel and original packaging inside a secure shipping box, ensuring all tags and labels are still attached to the product.
Ship to Ducati Omaha
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of the tracking number for your records.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned items for quality assurance, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
